Reach bakers at the moment they decide what to buy

The Mill turns any Recipe Pantry recipe into a fresh-milled flour plan. People show up holding a recipe and a question about grain. That's a buying moment, not a browsing moment.

About From Oven to Market

“Perfection is not required. Progress is.”

I'm Henry Hunter, and I built From Oven to Market for one kind of baker: the one who already makes bread people love and is ready to turn it into something real.

For years I sold bread at a Saturday market under a green tent with my name on the sign. Eighty to ninety loaves on a good morning, often sold out before noon. Before that, I spent twenty-six years in television advertising at CBS and Fox, learning how real brands get built. Somewhere in there it hit me that the baking was the easy part. The hard part was everything around it: pricing it so I actually made money, selling it legally, and getting people to come back week after week.

Nobody taught me that. I learned it standing behind the table, one Saturday at a time. From Oven to Market is everything I wish someone had handed me on day one.

These days I run Crust and Crumb Academy, the number one bread baking community on Skool, and I've written several books on bread, including From Oven to Market. The course is the next step: the legal setup, the true-cost pricing, the branding, the market table, and the software that builds your storefront while you learn.

Perfection is not required. Progress is. If you can bake, you can do this. Let me show you how.

Our members kept asking how to use fresh-milled flour in the recipes you already love. So we at Crust & Crumb Academy built you the answer. The Mill is free, no login, and works on your phone at the counter. Mill something this week and show me the loaf.

Who shows up

Home bakers with a mill or shopping for one. Sourdough and hearth-bread people who already weigh their flour, plus Recipe Pantry readers coming straight off a recipe page.

What they do here

Pick a recipe, choose a flavor result, and walk out with grain weights, a grind setting, hydration holdback, and fermentation guidance. Then they print it or save it to a baking log.

Why it converts

Every plan names a specific grain and a specific amount in grams. A sponsor gets recommended inside the answer, not next to it.
